Delivery

We send artworks within Poland and beyond its borders within a period of 7 to 14 days, depending on the technical specifications of the artwork and its packaging.

The shipping cost is not included in the price of the artwork and is determined individually.

1. The gallery ensures professional packaging of the artworks, tailored to their character and value. The transport cost is specified individually for each piece.
2. Transport of high-value artworks is carried out through trusted carriers.
3. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the artwork passes to the Client upon handing over the artwork to the carrier, subject to the mandatory provisions of consumer law.
4. The gallery conducts sales within the European Union and outside its borders.
5. Clients outside the EU may be required to bear additional customs, tax, or import costs.
6. The gallery is not responsible for delays resulting from customs or administrative procedures.

4. The gallery is not liable, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for interruptions or disruptions in the functioning of the service due to force majeure, actions of third parties, or incompatibility of the Client's technical infrastructure.

Withdrawal from the contract and Returns

Right of withdrawal from the contract – Individual Customer

1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the work.
2. The return of the work should occur in an unchanged condition, along with a complete Certificate of Authenticity.
3. The Gallery reserves the right to verify the condition of the work after its return.
4. In the case of effective withdrawal from the contract:
   a) the contract is considered not concluded,
   b) the Gallery may withhold the refund until the returned work is received,
   c) the Customer is obliged to return the work no later than 7 days from the date of submitting the withdrawal statement,
   d) the refund will be made using the same payment method unless the Customer agrees to another solution.
5. The right of withdrawal from the contract does not apply to the Consumer in cases specified in the Consumer Rights Act, particularly when:
   a) the subject of the service is a thing made according to the Consumer's specifications,
   b) the item is delivered in a sealed package that has been opened after delivery,
   c) the service has been fully performed with the Consumer's explicit consent,
   d) the components of the work have been inseparably combined with other elements after delivery.

Entrepreneurs

1. Entrepreneurs do not have the right to withdraw from the contract unless mandatory provisions state otherwise.
2. The Gallery's liability to Entrepreneurs under warranty is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
