On 23 June, the opening of the exhibition launching the “Multigenerational Families of Artists” series—the Klamerus Family Exhibition—was held at K&K Art Gallery. For several weeks, Warsaw’s northern Praga district was filled with inspiration flowing from the mountains. The exhibition featured sculpture, painting, graphic art, poetry and drawings—and, above all, a unique atmosphere blending great talent with a strong sense of family. They say “blood is thicker than water,” and the exceptional talent gathered in the Klamerus family certainly bears out those words; nevertheless, each member is a highly individual and distinctive artist. Works by seven members of this extraordinary family will be presented: Ryszard, Renata, Julian, Adam, Piotr, Władysław and Bartosz Klamerus.
