ART AUCTION ENTRY SUBMISSION

Acceptance of artwork for auction.

Listing the artwork is free of charge.
The Gallery charges commission only on sold artwork, at 20% of the winning bid (80% for the Artist and 20% for the Gallery).
An auction fee payable by the customer, plus VAT, is added to the winning bid.
The starting price includes the Gallery’s 20% commission.
After the auction ends, the Artist receives the shipping details for the sold artwork and ships it directly to the customer.
Payment to the Artist is made 14 days after the customer confirms and accepts the artwork.
Artists who operate a business issue the Gallery an invoice/bill for the 80% of the winning bid due to them.
Artists who do not operate a business report the income from the sale of their artwork themselves in their annual tax return.
Artwork not sold during the auction remains available for post-auction sale through the Gallery for 30 days.

- TERMS OF COOPERATION

WHERE CAN I SEE MY WORK?

Selected works/Work appears in the Gallery’s Auction Catalogues and in catalogues for post-auction sales for 30 days after the Auction.

WHAT INFORMATION ABOUT THE WORK/PIECE SHOULD BE PROVIDED?

Information about selected works/Works for Auction is submitted by the Artist on a separate form, which includes:

1. Title or Auction No.

a) title of the work,
b) technique,
c) dimensions, weight
d) year of creation,
e) artist’s price (including income tax)

f) adding high-quality photographs (for sculptures/objects, photographs of the works against a white or transparent background)

HOW TO SUBMIT AN ARTWORK/WORK TO THE GALLERY'S AUCTION CATALOGS?

Works submitted for auction require a separate submission.

The artist is required to submit at least three proposed works to the Gallery’s designated email address.

biuro@kkgallery.art, kkgallery.art@gmail.com, with the subject line “Auction Title/No.………”, or via the submission form on the website www.kkgallery.art in the Artists/Submit Works for Auction/ section.

The total size of the attachments must not exceed 10 MB.
The Gallery reserves the right to select works for the auction.
Submitting a work for auction constitutes consent to its exhibition and to the auction terms set out in the Regulations.
