HELENA SUŁKOWSKA- PAWLIK

Born in 1940. She graduated from the State Secondary School of Fine Arts in Zakopane under the direction of. Professor Antoni Kenar and Tadeusz Brzozowski.

From 1959 to 1966, she studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw at the Faculty of Sculpture in the studio of Prof. Marian Wnuk and at the Faculty of Painting and Graphics in the Department of Artistic Textile in the studio of Prof. Anna Sledziewska.  Diplomas with honors: in sculpture 1965, in textiles 1966.

Od 1965 roku jest  członkiem Związku Polskich Artystów Plastyków.

From 1983 to 1999 she was a founding member of the Association of Artists of Fine Arts "Podhale Art" in Zakopane.

In 1977, she was appointed by the Minister of Culture and Art as a Polish appraiser.  Expert of the National Artistic and Ethnographic Commission of the "Cepelia" Foundation. Scholarship holder of the Minister of Culture and Art. In 1966-1996 she was a designer and head of artistic supervision in Zakopane Pattern Workshops. She cultivates artistic technique , techno-sculpture, drawing and painting. She has been exhibiting since 1965.
