Born in 1965 in Zakopane; he first graduated from the "Kenar school" and began studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, but after a year he moved to the studio of Professor Jan Kucz at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Despite the undoubted influence of the surrounding sculptors, he found his own way of expression. He creates small wooden figures - mysteriously filigree, at times solitary, at other times clustered in groups.
