WALDEMAR MAZUREK

Waldemar Mazurek – Born in Dęblin in 1961, he graduated from the State High School of Fine Arts in Nałęczów and the Department of Sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. He has participated in numerous plein-air and group exhibitions. He cultivates sculpture in stone - marble, granite, as well as by casting method in bronze and aluminum. The leading theme of his works is man and his nature, hence many of his works are figurative sculptures, in which the movement and dynamics of the human body are significant.
